ISEKAI ONE — TERMS OF USE (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT)

These Terms govern your use of Isekai One (the "App"). By downloading or using
the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App contains mature themes
and is intended for adults only. You confirm you are 18+ when you begin.

2. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App
on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of
Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the App.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS (VIP PASS) & PURCHASES
- The VIP Pass is an auto-renewable subscription offered as weekly, monthly, or
  annual plans, each with an optional 3-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Any unused
  portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24
  hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for
  renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.
- Crystals are a consumable virtual currency with no real-world or monetary
  value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Characters, stories, and replies are generated by artificial intelligence and
are FICTION. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or offensive, and do not
represent real people or professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or
otherwise). You use AI output at your own discretion.

5. CONTENT YOU CREATE
You are responsible for the worlds, characters, and messages you create. Do not
create or publish content that is illegal, that sexualizes minors, that harasses
others, or that infringes others' rights. By publishing content, you grant us a
license to host and display it within the App. We may remove content or restrict
accounts that violate these Terms.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse the App, attempt to break its security, abuse the AI to produce
prohibited content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent
permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
arising from your use of the App.

8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop
using the App at any time.

9. CHANGES
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
