COMMON QUESTIONS

• How do I restore my VIP Pass or crystals?
  Open the app, go to the paywall or Crystals screen, and tap "Restore".
  Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so restoring works on any device signed
  in with the same Apple ID.

• How do I cancel my subscription?
  Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device open Settings > [your name]
  > Subscriptions, choose Isekai One, and tap Cancel. Your VIP Pass stays active
  until the end of the current period.

• I was charged but didn't get my crystals / VIP.
  First tap "Restore" in the app. If it still isn't showing, email us with the
  date of purchase and we'll sort it out.

• How do I delete my account and data?
  Deleting the app removes on-device data. To delete published content and your
  anonymous account from our servers, email us and we'll remove it.

• Is the app really free to start?
  Yes. You get free daily turns and starting crystals. VIP Pass (weekly, monthly,
  or annual, each with a 3-day free trial) unlocks unlimited play, and crystals
  are available any time as a pay-as-you-go top-up.
